Welcome to WhereDidISpend! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WhereDidISpend mobile application and services ("App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

To use the App, you must have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App.

5. "Add via WhatsApp" Feature

The "Add via WhatsApp" feature allows users to share screenshots of their UPI transactions to our WhatsApp business account for transaction information extraction. By using this feature, you agree to:

Enable the feature through the App settings.
Share only relevant transaction screenshots.
Comply with the terms and conditions of WhatsApp, which can be found at WhatsApp Terms of Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Data Accuracy

WhereDidISpend relies on the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that all transaction details and other data you input or share are accurate and complete.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of WhereDidISpend and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WhereDidISpend, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Gujarat, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
